Returns
We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items we send you. In the case of an error or damaged item, please contact us right away at perryestelledesigns@gmail.com so that we can try to replace or refund your item.
All other items can be returned for ACCOUNT CREDITonly. All Items must be returned within 7 days (including weekends) after your order was delivered/received. If shipping back, it must be post dated on or before the 7th day. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Please email us at perryestelledesigns@gmail.com for return address.
Items must be unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Flash Sale, Deal of the Day, items ending in .99 and anything with a coupon code. Shoes and jewelry are Final Sale. Gift cards are also none returnable.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received. Items that are returned to us after 7 days will NOT be accepted and your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. Your item will be forfeited and donated.
